I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were in bad condition without any facilities, yet they offered a great view. My room had a small window overlooking the airwell, but it also had a balcony, which was a nice touch. The service was satisfactory with options for car hire, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was convenient as it was very close to the waterside and near the metro station on the opposite side of Las Rambla. The dining, although included, was really bad quality which was disappointing. However, the traditional dishes were a saving grace. The facilities were lacking in amenities but for the price, it was acceptable.
